1968-1991 British folk music, Morris Dancing, Playing Anglo Concertina, two and three row melodeon, acoustic guitar

1991-3 - Started to learn Cajun Accordion. Shown technique by Marc Savoy

1994 Founded Ti-Fer Cajun Band with Clare Gilliam, Will Sneyd, Chris Boland, Jim Beard , Matt Kelly.

1995 Ti-Fer becoming popular.

1996 Still with Ti-Fer. Also joined Joli Blon Cajun Band.

1997 Played at Jacob’s Ladder Folk Festival, Israel, with Ti-Fer. Ti-Fer disband. Founded ZigaZag with Carol Wilson, Mick Molloy, Saskia Tomkins. Debut Gig at Farnham Footworks. Founded Cajun Krewe with Carol Wilson, Eunice Ann Jackson, Nick Smirnoff. Wrote Cajun waltz "Rainbow in the Night". Played at Glastonbury Festival with Joli Blon and the Boat Band.

1998 Reformed ZigaZag with Carol Wilson, Jim Beard, Simon Hopkins. Appeared at Liberty Theatre Eunice, Louisiana, with Carol Wilson and Mitchell Reed. Invited personally by Eddie LeJeune to play at the Morse Festival, Louisiana. ZigaZag London debut at the London Cajun Festival: "The Band is quite brilliant" Traditional Music Maker magazine review.

1999 ZigaZag CD Desperately Seeking Boudin released and featured on Louisiana Radio and BBC Radio 1 Andy Kershaw Show. Played at Dunmore East Bluegrass Festival, Co Waterford, Ireland, with Joli Blon
